Well, it was a long weekend hitting KC Thursday, Nashville Friday, down to Foley for a wedding, and back to WV.

Big Thanks to the Busse OPFOR (love the beards fellas) and the Ladies for a great show. Always good to wallow with the HOGs in the Trough. Nice to see some old friends and meet new ones.

I was able to walk away with some cool blades:

Got a chance to take some out for playtime:

But forgot to take after action pictures. Sorry. Here is from a previous day (L-R Basic 11, 11-11, NMFSH, Basic 8)

Picture is a little deceiving. The log rolled as I was chopping. Biggest lesson was that the B-8 holds up really, really well for it's size and weight.

The Rats were fun! MtnManDu is a beast of a blade and the smaller one reminds me of a SarSquatch without the swedge. Both chopped well for micarta handles

Moved up here with a Basic 11 and modded MS, but INFI does what INFI does:

Congratulations on some sweet scores and thanks for sharing those great pics! The collection sneaks up on you in a hurry if you let it.

Hmm, compared to the B11, that long puppy sure looks longer than a 1311 would be and it has a hanging crescent. Here's hoping that is a teaser of what's next out of the yard.

The old school tequila handles on that SOB variant are very sweet and haven't been seen much for a few years.

Those new Rats are breaking me down. With every picture posted, I feel the pull to one....of each.

It is built off a 1311 blank. When you stack the two knives the tips line up. I have already stripped mine and thinned the edge, and will get some pics up eventually.

Congrats on your scores! That Comp finish SOB Variant is awesome

It was great seeing you again. That is a great haul. Glad to see they are getting some use.

Congrats on a great score!!!!

Really, really likin' those new Rats and that 1311 variant!!!!

Nice blades you got there. What is that long Scrapyard called? Is the 2nd knife down, the camo blade, is that a B10 or B11?

Dayum, Doug, you were a madman down there! ;) ...Way to rock the Trough, brother! Nice scores, love the wicked look of the Silent Knight-ish variant of the 1311. :)

banana-clip, the camo one looks like a B11 to me. :)

Good call Jaxx. Little variation, as the spine is not rounded

Thanks for sharing!

Those mountain mandus are really nice looking.
Can't wait to see the finished product.

Wow, that long wavy Scrap Yard blade is sick. Congrats on all the loot

Thanks for the photos. Guess I'm drawn to that tan B8. A thought just popped in. Has Busse produced - over time - more knife models than all of the other fixed-blade companies - combined?...;-)
