Auntie sent me a few with minor problems to set right.
These are good as new with no issues.
Sorry about not including weights, i have no way of accurately measuring weight at this time.

To Order:

Send Email to karda@bladeforums.com
with your Name, address, item wanted and method of payment.
I will then email you back with an invoice for item price + shipping and include my paypal addy if applicable.

17" WWII with Pala made handle. Missing Chakmak and Karda. Handle could be neem, could be oak for all i know. Brass fittings. Nice job by Pala. The Keeper and buttcap came loose on this one. I made a new keeper and reglued with devcon and repeened. This would make a great camp/trail knife.

Yours for $165

18" Dui Chirra. Without the extra tools.
Satisal handle, white metal fittings.
This one had a loose bolster and shrunken handle slabs.
Glued bolster and ground tang to meet slabs to make this comfortable in hand.
A no nonsense chopper.
Yours for $145 *SOLD*

fantastic work, my man:) That WWII is just about picture perfect. Pala knows how to turn a handle for sure. His rehandled kardas from a few months back are incredible. Fine kitchen knives for sure.

Thanks Steely! It is and he does, I was half tempted to keep her for myself it feels so good in the hand.

Great repair work , thank you for the help Karda

Email sent on Dui Chirra. I'm guessing it weighs 27.5oz. I'll report when it comes in.

Thanks for refinishing these blades Karda! The handle on the WWII really caught my attention when I read this thread and I didn't notice how much I liked the Dui Charra! I better close this page before I start having thoughts about picking up the WWII as well since I picked up a Tirtha WWII just a couple weeks ago...

Pala had secretly exposed his "best Kami" stature. His re-handled Gelbu with the walnut handle is one of my most treasured piece.
