Keen Kutter Boy's Axe and Rixford FSS double (pic heavy)

been puttering around the past few nights and was able to work on these two beauties.

Keen Kutter Boys Axe. from Operator as part of a Connecticut trade. rehung it on the same handle. Reprofiled and sharpened. Ground the poll a slight bit.











Rixford FSS double bit. It had a pin in it which I was able to knock out. Sharpened and hung on a 30" House handle octagonal.

I believe it is a stamp. Operator would know. I have three Keen Kutters now and this is the nicest stamp of the three. I prefer this version to later versions with just Keen Kutter on the poll.
