Keep getting an error message...

when I try to submit feedback for an exchange purchase I just made.

The message says, "There was an error in your deal details!"

I copied and pasted the deal info from the address bar on the page where the seller advertised the knife. I can't figure out what's wrong.

Just trying to leave positive feedback for a good seller. Any help?

It may be because someone else has already left feedback based on that thread.

What's the exact error message you are getting?

EDIT: just tried it myself, it worked. Make sure you are putting more than 10 characters in both the description and the text box

AFAIK I did not have to do that when I left feedback for Vege-Taco. Strange.

Just had this same problem again trying to leave feedback for a completely different transaction.

But I figured it out this time. I normally use Google Chrome for my browser and that is what I was using both times I had this problem.

This time I used Internet Explorer and had no problems.

Figured you'd like to know for future incidents.
 
Strange. I've been using Chrome for a while and haven't had the problem. But every system is different.
