Anyone have any tips on keeping these 'lil prybars sharp.... super freakin' scary sharp?

(After using this sucker for over a week now, it's dulled considerably from all the "stuff" that it has cut.) :D

Should I be using the sandpaper 'n mouse pad method? What grit of paper should I be using with this method? Or, would it be better to run it over a Sharpmaker?

While I have a steel that I got as a gift, I have no idea if you could call it "smooth" or not..

Any other ideas? :(

Well after talking to many people about the sand paper method this is what i do.

I use the 300,400 and 600 grit sand paper.
then the 15µ Silicon Carbide, Plain then the 5µ Silicon Carbide, Plain then the 0.5µ Chromium Oxide, Plain paper then strop on an old leather belt using the green honing compound

i get all my stuff from www.leevalley.com

:)

Thanks, clone7. :)

(Since this one is going to be a user, I'm just going to experiment with a bunch of different ways of sharpening it. It's currently driven into a chunk of four-by-four out in the garage anyways.. Man, I need a bloody camera. :( )
