Keeping an Edge? -- asymmetrical that is

Well, I just go my first Busse with an asymmetrical edge (an SHSHII) and I'm trying to decide whether I should keep it that way or even out the bevels. So, I'm looking for input: what are the pros and cons of this edge and how much work (by hand) am I in for, if I want to change it?

Easy to maintain(Just Strop from back to edge on the small side.)

Edge last longer.

Sym, What most folks are used to and so are more comfortable with.

Keep it A...My SHSHII fatty is asymmetrical and I love it. It's a great edge and like Andre says, it's VERY easy to maintain
