I'll keep a few of my special fixed blades but I decided that the BK2 is the one I'm keeping for a user. My other fixed blade contestants are going on the auction block.

I've been into knives ever since I could remember playing with my dad's knife way back when I was about 7 or 8 and ever since I've been on a quest to find the perfect fixed blade. Since getting the BK2 earlier this year it's considerably slowed down my desire to keep searching.

Being on this forum is bad for the wallet because you guys keep posting pics of new knives and we just keep buying more of them. I guess the result is good for the knife business. But I'm done!

I look forward to wearing off more of the black paint from the blade of my BK2.

Congratulations Collector - you're an adult now! OK, jus kidding - sorta.

There's lotsa folks here who love stocking a well-rounded safe for knives, but i'm more of a knife-user than a collector and look at knives stictly in that way. If a knife has a good look to it, that's some nice icing on the cake. If it's butt-ugly i gotta really convince myself to make the buy. That hasn't happened yet.

Enjoy wearing your knife out!!!

Just out of curiosity, what knives did the BK2 win over? Always nice to see someone find the perfect blade.
