Hello,
I have a Black Chief ax and was hoping you could help. I found a great site with a lot of information; however, I couldn't find anything about this particular information.
The axe is marked
BLACK CHIEF
Kelly Axe & Tool Works

There is no location noted, and no patent numbers.
Age of this?
I have lightened the photo of the markings to see it a bit better.
I hope I've properly inserted the images.
