Ken Erickson: Eureka Jack

The other day I shared some images of a three blade "Eureka" cattle knife built by Enrique Pena.

Today I'm going to display a few images of a double-end "Eureka" pattern built by Ken Erickson for me in 2011. The knife features D2 blades, premium stag and a single backspring.

The knife is 3.5" closed and weighs in at 2 1/8 ounces.

Why not, Kevin? I collected straight knives and ABS work (and modern one handers) before getting the slipjoint bug. There's ample room for widening your area of interest for sure.
