Here is one made up for a customer that likes sowbellys but wanted a slim edc.

3 7/8 closed
single flat ground clip blade
410 milled frames and bolsters
green canvas micarta
410 "sowbelly" shield
as ground 400 finish on blade-satin finish on bolsters
A2 blade and spring

Any comments welcome!

Very nice, ken!

I'm not usually a fan of micarta on slipjoints, but that dark green canvas works for me...looks like snakeskin or something...very "natural."

Cool!

Nice one Ken! Congratulations Roger. The green canvas micarta works well with that slipjoint. :thumbup:

Unusual to see micarta on a slippie. I'm diggin' it. . . .especially since it's a single blade. :D
 
I'm diggin' the fact it's an A2 blade too.... nothing like a good carbon steel bladed slippie.
 
Outstanding!! I want one. Guys, before I place an order... would that pattern work with a wharny, or would it look goofy?
