Kenny Rowe Quad sheath question

I have a Kenny Rowe quad position sheath, you can were it (1) very low, take off the leather attached to the D- ring and you can wear it a (2) little higher (3) remove all the attached belt loops and you can wear it really high. The fourth position is I believe horizontal or you can use those strap to mount it vertical to a vest or bag
So my questions is does anyone have picture, suggestions ideas experiences using the Kenny Rowe quad sheath in the horizontal or vertical position with large knife
