Kent Draper, the late son of the late, great Harvey Draper.....both died tragically years ago, a true loss to the custom knife scene. 
I've had this for quite a while but these are the first pictures...
15 1/4" OAL with a 10" blade of 1/4" stainless stock that I would guess is either ATS42 or 440C. The guard is stainless as are the scale pins and thong hole. The sub-hilt is integral and the scales are green Micarta.
The main hollow is mirror-polished with the rest of the blade/guard finely bead-blasted....the clip is sharpened, too. What makes this knife so 'lively' is the full distal-tapper of the spine and the deep hollow-grinds.
