From what I understood reading the laws it's perfectly ok to carry pretty much what ever you want as long as it's not consealed (Please correct me if i'm wrong.)

However i'm very un clear what is ment by consealed. Would I be correct in assuming that carrying a boker mini mag with a pocket clip would not be considerd consealed? Or would I need some sort of belt sheath to legally carry it? If so I might end up buying one of the cheaper mikovs with a utility blade (I like lever actions any way)

Thanks
Jeremy

(1) A person is guilty of carrying a concealed weapon when he carries concealed a
firearm or other deadly weapon on or about his person.

i dont see anything regarding autos, i may have missed it. concealed generally means 'hidden from view'. ie, if it cant be seen completely and in its entirety, it is concealed.

Right, I'm just going to get my CCW and forget it, then there's no question about it and i'm 100% legal

Unconcealed autos are legal in Kentucky but there is still a good chance that a cop will take it away from you if he sees it. You may get it back if you go to court and jump through enough hoops.

Just get the CCDW and not worry. Then you can also carry a pistol if you wish. It's super easy and a crapload cheaper .... I think all said and done like 130 for the CCDW.... 65 class, 65 fee. That's what mine was I think. But it's easier than having to argue with the cop/judge about it.
