I am a Ky resident with a CCDW license that according to Ky law, covers any deadly weapon, including billy club, knives, num chuks, shiriken death stars. I work in Tenn and carry my pistol and some knives in my car. My question is, Does my DW permit cover my long knives in TN due to the reciprocal agreement between the states? I have always thought I have been legal but I know TN only permits guns. Any thoughts on this? Thanks

I don't know the specifics of the TN<=>KY reciprocity deal. However, in other circumstances, you need to obey the laws of the state your in. For example, Colorado accepts North Dakota's permit. However, Colorado only allows one to use it for handguns. Like the ND<=>Co agreement, the TN<=>ND agrrement only allows carriers to carry handguns (no other weapons) in TN.
