These pics were taken when I first got this knife from John. It has a patina now and has been used for food prep, woodsbumming, and today I took it on a demolition job. I do painting and landscaping on the side, and picked up a project ripping down a suspended ceiling and taking paneling off the walls. I used my tough little knife to gouge paint out of screw heads so I could remove them, cut paneling so I could break it and remove it, pry panels from the studs, just anything I didn't use my Leatherman, hammer, or crowbar for.

I am proud to say that the knife did very well, pouch sheath was terrific for ease of use-it rode very well on my belt next to the Leatherman, no pokes in the side as I scampered up and down ladders all day. I am very happy! Get one if you don't have one!!!!!!!! :D:thumbup:

I must be tired. I spelled "and" wrong in the thread title!!!

I always liked that one with the black liners. Here`s a little trivia, those liners are actually thin black micarta, this was before I started buying normal liner material. I think I did the same on your Field Knife, so they would match. These are the only ones done like that. In fact, the Keppy is the first I ever did with liners.

Very cool John. I love the knife. It definitely did all and then some when called upon. It is going landscaping next weekend.

Now we all want black mircata liners!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah John, way to set the standard high. Save some for me cause I will have you make me a new knife later this year.
