Started a new thread for this so all could see this knife of which I am quite proud.

Milled flutes into the titanium for little more traction, blasted with aluminum oxide, stonewashed with ceramic media.

WITH A FREND, THAT IS TREATED THE SAME

Note the re profile at the cutting edge, put it on the old Edge Pro at 19 deg. It's a slicing machine now. The factory's edge profile is good for general use, but I'm not so hard on my CRK, so this thinner edge works for me. If you are thinking of doing the same with your Insingo you should remove the stud. I also removed the blade. (to keep the parts clean)

^^^^^ Wow, is all can say about that masterpiece! It look phenomenal.......... and before I got to the end of your post; where you talked about new cutting edge you put on it with the Edge Pro. That reprofile was very prevalent!

Great Job!

I like the milling. It looks like it was meant to be there all along;)

Looks really good, is it chipped out at the ends of the milled groove?

Thanks, it was a lot of fun.
atony, not chipped, ti rarely chips. It's hardly noticeable in hand,:)but the picture sure shows it up. I didn't notice this till after I finished. I think I didn't go South far enough to take the little "beginings" up.

That's the sweetest lookin' plain jane I've ever seen. You'll always have a one off small 21 with a very distinctive look.

I really like the fullers a Lot!

Just read about the reprofile. I run my Insingo at 17dps...wicked slicer and never had any edge durability/stability issues.
