Kerambit usage?

Aside from close quarters Zombie de-animation, what do the other kerambit owners use their blades for?

I use mine as a heavy duty small camp knife. I could do without the ring for this application. However, the ring gives the blade a nice counter weight which really evens it out. I can batton wood, snap cut small kindling, and cut up veggies.

I also like to pack this one in my jacket breast pocket for protection. It draws fast, and holding it in a reverse grip using the ring makes it very secure. From target to raptor in .46 seconds

The HI kerambit is one of my top 5 favorites:thumbup:

Don't own one, but I've always been a strong advocate of:

1. Stripping blubber off a whale
2. knife fight in alley behind bar in Hong Kong

Is that a mod piece by Dan koster! The tip looks more taperd and acute. The choil also loks longer. Very nice.

Yes:
if you have small hands, or if you use the choil.
