Hello all. I have been away for a month or two, so if I missed this somewhere else---sorry.

Who has had their hands on the EKI Karambit? I am interested in any thoughts, pros/cons, etc. I plan picking one up in the next week or so, but am interested in hearing from those who already have one.

I love mine. It`s a very interesting weapon.Use with caution. They bite deep. :D
 
when is the prodo kerambit out (can't afford the pre-prodos)? I've been saving my pennies for this? is it going to be chisel grind or full-double (not V) grind? what is the rrp and where can one get it?

I played with Derek's custom kerambit at the Emerson booth during a recent law enforcement training conference. I liked it a lot. Some people have said that the finger hole is too small, but I didn't think so (even with my fairly large hands). It waved out of the pocket very well and the clip was reversible for forward or backward grips. I plan on buying one.
 
Just an update, but I did get one a week or so ago. I think the design is good (like most folding karambits out there), but the wave makes it outstanding. This blade can come into play VERY quick!

I think I read the production models will be out around March/April. They will have black blades. CPDARNOLD's one is probably a handground, numbered one (like mine, when it arrives next week:D )
