Hi all I was thinking about ordering a Graham Kerazel or Razel and was wondering if anyone had any experience with them. I am going to make it an EDC so I might get the ringed Razel or the strait handled in a 3 1/2 inch blade length. The Kerazel I have not seen around here and only on his website but the thing looks just insane. So if anyone has any ideas or information on this chime in.

great stuff albeit quirky. i'd try one of those midtech razels before plunking down the cash for a full blown custom. that way if you don't like it, it's not that big a deal. bos 154cm, micarta or g10 handles, and kydex sheath all for a good price. if the midtechs came out before i put my order in i'd saved some cash and got one of those. same quality, same razel. just different steel and no custom price. go for it:thumbup:

If you do get one, come back and give us a review. The whole line looks awesome, but I'm too broke to get ahold of one.

Take care.

I have one of the original Razels, and I've handled one with the ring. They are different, and I like them a lot. The Razel is a great utility knife, very strong. The design works well in industrial applications, cutting tough materials and scraping. It is not a chisel grind on any edge, they are all v-ground.

I really like them also. The latest edition of Tactical Knives has an article in this months edition called Sheath-Carry Pocket Knives. They feature the Graham Bros. and go over some traditional knives as well as Razels. Very nice blades. They have a wharncliffe that's pretty impressive.

Bought a Graham 2" Spearpoint at their 1st BLADE show and the quality for the cost is impressive. Did not get a Razel as it was too different to me at the time. Got to handle some Razel variations this year at BLADE and I think I can see getting one when finances allow.

I see the Kerazel as VERY different from the Razels that have been talked about.
The Kerazel is, indeed, a VERY cool design and has more edges than my edc a Ringed Razel SS3.
Here's a pic of a Kerazel

Here's my edc the Ringed Razel SS3. I find the ring a valuable part of the tool.

I have handled and used a bunch of Graham Knives. I have Spearpoints, the Jackyl, Razorback, SPT and Razels...SS3 and MidTech Razel.

PLease DO get the Kerambit as I have not handled one. I've handled a bunch of their designs...but not this one....The Graham edges and workmanship is NOT surpassed by anyone.
I think that if you had the Kerazel you would be among a few connoiseurs as The Grahams don't make many of these.

I think it is inevitable that you will cut yourself.... :)
I just remembered that at BLADE 2005 my SON cut himself pretty good with a Kerazel at the Garham Knives table...
hahahahaha
Not a bandaid or first aid kit in sight... Used fabric and duct tape......
The GRAHAMS do make em sharp and the edges last a long time. Just maintain the edges and you're good to go.

Post a review and pics in the knife review forum......
Hmmmm, I hope to try one out now that you made me think of the Kerazel.....
AND DO GET THE RING!!!!!!!
I love the functionality of the ring....

I was just thinkin about the ring with the G10 on the entire ring...in the pic of the blue twill G10..
Looks lovely.
I think....tho I'm always wrong...:)

That Jon Graham has a ringed Razel with the G10, or orange micarta, surrounding the ring that he uses hard. I haven't heard how the G10 has held up. I'd think it'll crack as you whack it with a hammer or something.

JON...Josh!!!!
Get on in here and give us some of your thoughts...

I like the natural bone as a handle material. I think it's sexy...
Tho I think all my Kraham Knives are sexy...

TOB9595 you make me want a kerazel hahaha. I think I might buy a regular pocket razel first and see how much I use it, however that kerazel looks well hot to me as well. Very different indeed. I am lookin at 3 diff knives right now and i only have one paycheck lol so we'll see.
