kersaw RAM problem

i droped my ram on the pavement today and now it wont open all the way, took it apart and part of the alumiunim is smooched in so the pen wont travel tough the track , will kershaw cover this under warrenty?

I have no experience with Kershaw or their warranty, but aluminum is pretty soft stuff. If you can take it all the way apart and feel comfortable working on it yourself, find a hard plastic or lead hammer and see if you can't fix it yourself. Pics would also help, I don't know if my advice will do you any good otherwise.
