Kershaw 1556BLK Cryo II Black (not blackwashed)?

I know this is a VAGUE question, but does anyone know anything about the Kershaw Cryo II Black (1556BLK)? I saw this appear on one BladeForum member dealer's web site not too long ago, now I can also find it on a few other websites, but it doesn't seem to be widely available (not even on our local guy who specializes in Kershaws' website). Also, I don't find it mentioned anywhere on Kershaw's own website.

I'm not complaining, since I collect all-black Kershaws and with their 'move' to favoring blackwashing, I didn't expect to see an all-black Cryo II released, but I'm just wondering why it isn't mentioned on their website or more widely available... not that I am thinking it is a counterfeit or anything, I just find it strange... :confused:

The all black was a distributor exclusive.

Do you mean exclusive to one knife dealer? I thought that might be true at first, since I only found it on that one site, but they mentioned nothing about it being an exclusive and now I do see it at some other major online knife dealers...

Nope, exclusive to a single knife distributor. Then the distributor is able to choose which dealers will be able to purchase it from them.
