Is it the main blade that you want to replace? I have a replacement kit from Craftsman but the knife blade isn't included in the kit. The kits (and the multi-tools) turn up on Ebay from time to time. Replacement parts used to be available direct from Kershaw and retail from Craftsman. Kershaw may still have replacement parts for warranty replacement eventhough the multi-tool is discontinued. I'd give them a try first. If they can't help, post back here and maybe I (or someone else) can help sort you out.

Kershaw has sent me replacement blades (not main blade, did not ask for it) for all of the tools plus complete screw and spring kits and a new sheath for free. They still have replacement parts AFAIK. I got all of mine over the last two years. I used this form http://www.kershawknives.com/contactus.php?brand=kershaw
and got parts in about 10 days.

Thanks for the link.
Just sent an e-mail to Kershaw.
I will update when reply comes back.
I wore out the files on each of these.
But I really like the locking plier.

:):):)

The warranty supervisor offered $100 credit for each one I send in.
Very generous in my opinion.
Keeps up my faith in KAI USA.
But I like these tools too much to give them up.
Now I feel like buying some of those cool looking Guy Fieri knives.
Many thanks to all respondents.
