Kershaw Assisted Opening Tennessee

I'm in the market and a few Kershaw's have caught my eye, I live in Tennessee and plan to carry, but they're assisted openers, are they legal? I know the basic 4" inch law but not the rest. Please help? Thanks!

I'm not from there, but visit regularly. I have to assume that since local retailers sell them by the droves (and a few to me too), there's no issue with spring assist. Autos & OTF's, OTOH, are not legal for civilian purchase or carry.
