Kershaw autos

well ive been absent from the kershaw forum for a little bit due to my affinity for autos and balis and i noticed kershaw is now making side opener autos under the zt line and im really excited about that and am planning on picking one up but now im curious if they feel they might be so bold as to tackle an otf auto?
 
Well that was July riffraff ;), we do have a couple of Kershaw auto's planned. Hopefully they can hit the market by year's end.
 
Good grief, man! You guys keep producing new product at this rate, you'll send us all to the poorhouse!

We've come to an in-house conclusion, that in this economy we can't be content with the current line-up as it sits. We're not going rat hole up and become a stagnant manufacturer waiting to come out when the worst is over.

New products and offerings are the catalysts that help to spur the brand in both good times and bad, and we're full speed ahead in that direction. This is not to say that there won't be challenges in these trying times, but we have to continue to push and produce to overcome them.

I'll start a new thread today with an update of all the new products due out just for Sept. Hopefully it won't shock you too much, as there is quite a few new and limited sku's that will be shipping over the next two weeks (all USA made btw).

I think I just heard my wallet squeal, BUT I am so glad to hear this. It is actually quite amazing the great outlook and approach that Kershaw has, and with a great company to back it up.

Great to hear. Too many companies tend to layoff and cut back on their R&D in tough times, only to find that they're behind the eightball as the economy improves, forcing them to play catch-up. While Wall Street tends to reward these companies, their competitors that can "weather the storm" always seem to have a leg up on them.
 
man, just further verification of why ill always love this brand whether im actively seeking another out or not. Im just really impressed with what you guys manage to do when others only do excuses. Rock on kershaw and thomas!
 
More auto's. That is great news. Now, let's see some balisongs too.

Too cool! By THIS years end? That's not too far away w/ no announcements. So what are the details?

I like OTF's that are single edge, and plain edge, double action. Is something like that in the line up?
