Kershaw Avalance keeps loosening up

Ever since my avalanche went to Kershaw to have the torsion bar replaced, the screw that holds down the blade loosens up enough in a week's time to cause the blade to rub against the liner when opening and closing. I was wondering if it is fair game to use threadlock on this screw. If not, is there anything I can do to prevent this from happening?

I would try the threadlocker. Make sure to use the "blue", medium strength variety. FWIW I use that stuff on ALL the screws I ever remove from any of my knives.
