Kershaw Avalanche...????

Ken Onion mentions in the daily carry thread a Kershaw Avilanche (Avalanche?) with 440-V blade. Pray tell, what is this? Could you give us any details?

I`m a hardcore Kershaw/Onion user, and love my Random Task and Whirlwind, but I find myself jonesing for something new out of Kershaw. So, what is this Avilanche, Ken?

From what I understand, Kershaw will release two versions of Ken's Avalanche - the commorative 25th anniversary model with blade etching, and a regular production version. As to exactly when, I've no idea. Details will be released at SHOT, unless Ken himself can give us some insight.
