Heard 2 things about this knife that has me hesitant. Strong detent and slightest lock bar pressure ruins opening it. Any of that true? Really like the idea of m390 one.

Mine sure was. I didn't believe that was a real problem until I got mine. It also had a free spinning pivot, despite being keyed to the aluminum frame to prevent spinning...
