How far over does your lock engage? Mine engages about 65-75% to the right maybe more. Is that normal? I rotated the stop pin, but it doesn't improve.

I have quite a few Blurs, nearly all of them engage in the first 25% of the ramp on the blade. I think I have a couple that engage at about 50% or a little more.

Sometimes you can loosen all of the handle screws and the pivot a little. Slide the two handle halves in opposite directions from each other to bring the side with the liner lock closer to the blade. Hold it in that position while you tighten the screws. This may or may not help, but it's worth a try.

50% or a little more isn't all that bad. Use it and enjoy your knife.
