For years, this Kershaw Blur has been reliable and easy to operate. Food prep, workshop, trail, bushcraft, carving, interior and exterior building maintenance, and of course just being there if needed :)

It may not have always been the perfect choice or the "proper" blade, but it got the task done.

I got my son a Blur for Christmas 3 years ago. Every time I see him, that scuffed up Blur pocket clip is visible. My wife commented on his knife looking like he really likes it.

I really like the Kershaw Blur, its an awesome knife that truly performs well, light weight, great design and function. If they made a larger version I would buy that also.
This is my favorite assisted opener.

I love them as well - I own three. But I would love slightly more point. That would make it perfect for me. Also, the new plastic texture inserts that replaced the old "sandpaper" inserts, suck.

Good job on the video.

I had a Blur in my collection at one point. I found the assisted opening to be unrefined and abrupt. Maybe I'm just not an AO type of guy, but I never felt confidence in handling the knife because of the AO feature.

It did some ridiculously sharp out of the box though and I paid the price on one or two fingers because of it (cuts).
