Kershaw Blur Trac Tek inserts

Hey guys. Do these wear out from rubbing on clothes eventually? Or do they tear off the handles? Or do they just smooth out. My shorts are taking quite a beating! And it looks like the grippy parts of the knife are rubbing away.

I would say that they don't wear out very much at all. I have been carrying a Blur off and on(mostly on) in my back pocket for about five years and and it is still very grippy. I have not handled a new knife with Trac Tek since this knife was new to compare, but the Trak Tek seems to hold up very well.

I carry a Blur off and on, and the Trac Tec inserts don't really show any wear at all.

I've also been carrying mine for a while now. They feel about the same. I don't think they really wear out at all. Sorry to hear about your shorts, buddy.
