One of these will probably be my next knife, so I would like to know what you guys think of them.
Which do you prefer, and why?

Thanks,
Allen.

I have both and they are really equal in quality. They both feel really good in the hand, although I'd have to give the edge to the Boa in that department. They are both on the heavy side, but the Boa has a thinner handle. The axis lock makes the 720 a really smooth opener, but the cool factor goes to the SpeedSafe with index trigger/flipper. The CPM440V on the Boa holds an edge a long time, but is a bitch to get sharp if you let it get dull, and the recurve is harder to sharpen unless you are using a Sharpmaker or something similar. The ATS34 (or 154CM--I can't remember which one) on the 720 is much easier to sharpen and holds and edge pretty well. I dislike the black finish on my Boa, but really didn't want the multi-color handle. The finish on the blade of the Boa is pretty good, but the black on the handle rubs off easier. Also, the Boa's a bit of a pocket eater because of the trigger/flipper. You can't go wrong with either, but I like my Boa better. Hope that helps.
