I'm gonna gradually equip all of my Kershaw SpeedSafe "flippers" with this sort of sheaths.

That's awesome. If you don't mind me asking, what did you use for a press? I've seen every from planks with foam to expensive presses "made for kydex". All had varying results. Yours look really well done.I've just "baked" kydex sheath my Kershaw Burst. Holes fit small teklok.
Any comments welcome.

Well, I use rather simple (and therefore cheap) "planks with foam" press. I made it using two thick and wide beechwood breadboards joint together by means of an old fashioned, big door hinge.
It took many attempts to achive satisfatory results. My sheats are still far from perfect, but at least they work as intended.
