Kershaw Collection

So I got a few (I think 5) Kershaw knives, and they are the only brand I carried before I started learning about high quality knives and such. They are mainly the ones you can find at Wal-Mart and even after learning about higher quality knives and knives in general, Kershaw is still my favorite brand. They make some sweeeet knives! So I have been looking up all the higher end Kershaws and the rare ones and have decided I wanna start a collection of mainly Kershaw knives and maybe a few ZT whenever I can afford one lol
With that being said I eventually wanna have an epic Kershaw collection because I love their knives. What knives do y'all think I should start off buying? I'm not looking for super rare ones at the moment cause they are also super exspensive haha.
I know I want a few different colored Leeks and some Skylines but what would you start out buying to build an awesome Kershaw collection? (Most will see carry time also)


Btw I am in no way saying Kershaw is not high quality, just the ones I have are mostly the cheap ones from Walmart in not so good steels.
 
Search and buy the old knives that are no longer in production. Look into the Ken Onion stuff specifically. Get ahold of the more recent LE knives, the Volt, Speedform, Tilt, etc. Focus on getting all the variants of one specific knife, such as the Spec Bump or the Speed Bump, and so on. Remember, the search is half the fun, good luck.
 
You'll find lots of variations of the Leek, Blur and Skylines. You could a spend quite a bit of time just building collections of those three models. Happy hunting.
 
I love kershaw also. The skyline, leek, or cryo is my go to edc. The amount of different leeks out there is staggering. If that's what you like go for it. That's just my opinion..
 
I'm just trying to find the old, discontinued treasures. Right now on my list is either a 3600 Volt or an Auto Commander. Good hunting!

Wow man thats amazing! Very nice collection. I have a regular all Black blur already.. may be a good starting point! Plenty options I can see! Haha

Think I will start trying to get all the variations I can of the Leek or Skyline... I really like those knifes. Or maybe the Blur idk haha we will see!
Thanks for the replies everybody, and I do agree that the researching part is the funnest part! You discover so many new knives. Hell thats how I found this awesome forum.
 
I think blur is almost a lost cause, way too many. If you wanna spend a little and get a small but quick collection, get the Snap On Dashes by Kershaw. Only 4 I the set, but they are about $120 each from Snapon. I took my time, but i have all 4.
 
Maybe Poolhustler will chime in then... would love to see a good Leek collection. I think I've decided to start off with a few Leeks cause I'm in love with that knife!
Just that there are sooooo many lol

Love the Blur but thinking I'm gonn start off with a few Leeks they're just so sexy
then a few blurs after that hahaha
