I have a cousin who likes knives. Last time I saw him he was carrying a benchmade 710. I asked how he liked it and he thought it was kind of big. I had decided to give him my kershaw oso sweet to carry. Right off the bat I could tell that he liked it

Fast forward to today. First time I've seen him in awhile. I asked what knife he was carrying. He reaches into his pocket and shows the oso sweet! He doesn't even carry the benchmade anymore :D

Here is a quick pic I snapped

Now to see if he's a *true* convert, find out how many he buys with his money. :D

Cool story Matt

My bro-in-law had carried a Leatherman folder for as long as I could remember. I always harped on him to get a better blade but he never really cared enough to buy anything else. Finally, I said screw it, and gave him an OD-1. I told him to carry that for a week and see what he thought.

It's still in his pocket. :D:D

Also it's a plus for me, because I don't have to sharpen it for him as much. The benefit of being my BIL, he gets free sharpening for life. :p

It is amazing to me that kershaw can put out a product for so little that could take over a pocket from a 710. I realize that it was not the perfect knife for him, but wow. that is cool.

Kershaws/ZTs are frigging addicting. Every time I check out their catalog I'm like a kid in a candy store going "I want, I want, I want"
