Kershaw Customer Service - Outstanding

:thumbup: I sent in my Blur to repair a rattle in the pivot area about a week ago. Today in the mail I recieved a package from Kershaw, with a brand new Blur inside. I am a recent convert to Kershaw and the KO designs, and this gives me one more reason to continue buying their products. Keep up the good work. :thumbup:

That is only one of the many reasons they are numero Uno in my book !!! Simply the Best !!!
 
I think the amazing thing about it is that in all the time I have been on this forum I don't think I have seen a bad CS review.
 
I had a similar experience with Kershaw. Excellent customer service.
 
Kinda got the whole package, excellent CS, a great product, for a great price. Whats not to love?
 
The same here. I was most pleasantly surprised of the way they dealt with a minor problem I had with a Chive (spring break) some time ago. They have a great customer service and they even make great knives, imagine that ;)
