I e-mailed Kershaw regarding a broken torsion bar in my 1660PGT Leek and in less than two hours I had a reply that they were sending me another bar. It's hard to beat that kind of service. It sure pays to buy quality products from reputable companies.

Glad you had a good experience. Someone recently said they
were having trouble using email for customer service.
