I bought a Dividend as a extra Christmas gift but I ended up not gifting it. Instead of returning it I have been carrying it as a work knife.
I have to admit it's a nice knife for it's price point. (I paid $26)
I've never been a fan of assisted opening knives but the fit and finish is good. I like the blade shape and centering and the ergo's are good for me.
I plan on giving it plenty of pocket time.

I have the black version in M390 and I love it. With the thin profile, and the deep carry clip I got from Kershaw, it is a perfect knife if you want a 3" blade but still want to be subtle about it. The only complaint I have is because of the thin profile of the blade and the relatively stiff action, the flipper can dig in a bit when engaging... but that only becomes an issue if you are sitting there fidgeting with it.

I have the M390 version and I've been very impressed with it. Thin, slicey blade and thin handle make it a great EDC. Assisted opening isn't my preference but it works well. Liner engages properly and it's not a super thin liner like on some lightweight knives. Easily slides in and out of pocket one-handed.

Great knife, love the overall shape (sits great in hand and in pocket) and the backspacer. My assist spring gave up on me pretty quick but at least their warranty service sent a replacement out quick.
I'd love to see something similar from KAI as an unassisted bearing flipper.

I need to get one of these in M390 this year.
Is it running on PB washers?

Well, at least they aren't teflon!
Thanks for the quick response.

I know the grey version is running on phosphor bronze washers. I haven't broken down the black version to confirm, but I would assume it is the same.
