Any reviews on this? I'm interested in it as a new utility knife. Can the blade handle anything that's encountered working theater tech? How does the locking mechamism work? Can it be tightened to the point that it is legal under NYC law gravity law?

I was intrigued by all of the moving parts of the ET. I bought it more as a curiosity piece than as an actual user. In my opinion, it would not be a great everyday user; it's just not great ergonomically. I have a full sized Al Mar SERE 2000 that I use and carry every day. This knife does not have a gravity feature. It works on more of a camming action, which is also how it locks. I've actually considered selling mine and getting a mini SERE because it just sits on a shelf.
