Could someone tell me (a person who too lazy to read all of the posts on this knife) why, a year and a half after introduction, they still are not available? It's none of by business, but isn't this is unuasual? Problems at the factory perhaps?

We've delivered some Echelon's, but perhaps not as many as you would have liked. There are no problems at the factory, but there is a lot of business.
