Off hand does anyone know what size the clip screw for a Kershaw Free Fall is?

Somehow the hole in the back spacer stripped. I'm thinking if it's a common size: 0-80, 1-72 or 2-56 I can just re tap it. Not a big deal if I can't, just hate having a blade I can't tote in my pocket.

Thanks in advance.

email Kershaw if it isn't a second and usa made it has a warranty. if it is a Chinese Kershaw then you are out of luck on warranty.if it stripped then the hole is too big to be tapped to the same size, you could jb weld the hole and redrill it then tap it back out to std size.

Thanks. It's a MIC Kershaw that I picked at a Wallyworld.

I'll mic the screw tomorrow and see what size it is. I'll probably end up drilling and tapping it to 2-56.

try the Kershaw guy next time on a usa Kershaw. he has some very good deals on new ones and also sells blems but you know it is a blem before you buy it.i think he has china made as well. I buy my zt's there my favorite is the zt0777, got one before they were discontinued just like the pic on his webpage at the top.

The MIC Kershaws have been pretty good for me so far. I have two Crowns and the Free Fall. Not bad blades for the price. I think I paid $15 or so for each of them.
