Kershaw Knife Identification

Hello everyone,

I have frequently visited this site but just joined because I was hoping some of you could help me identify a knife.

Using Amazon Video, I recently watched an episode of Modern Marvels (Volume 6) titled "Pocket Tools." At about 34:37 into the episode (you will have to pause it cause it is only briefly displayed), they show a few Kershaw blades.

I have checked the Kershaw website and cannot find it anywhere, so it may be discontinued, but I am very interested in the knife in the upper right hand corner (it looks somewhat similar to the "Needs Work" knife, but the blade geometry and handle are different). If anyone knows the name of the knife, then maybe I could find a used one somewhere.

It doesn't appear that I can just outright post a jpg here, it asks me a link to a website, which I can't find because I can't identify the knife. I tried to find the episode on Youtube but had no luck. If any of you are willing to help me, I'll be glad to email you the pic.

I am something of a collector of tactical/military knives, and a newbie to this forum, so please pardon my ignorance and be gentle.

OK, well like I figured it's discontinued. I found a "collector" version on Amazon for $325, which is way out of my price range. I just purchased a Zero Tolerance 0350 that I really like, but I love the blade geometry on the Offset. Anyone know of a knife that has a similar design?

ETA: holy crap, found one eBay for a buy-it-now price of $595. Is there something super special about these things?! Blade made of an alloy of unobtanium/vibranium/adamantium maybe? Jeeze...

No, it has just been discontinued for a while. It wasn't a cheap knife to been with.

Yea, that's what I'm finding out as I've been searching for it. Oh well...thanks for the reply.

If you wanted something similar, you could go for the Zero Tolerance 030x series. As far as size and construction goes, they are similar. It's ZT's flagship knife for a reason.

However, I will admit that the Offset is truly unique and few sharp and pointies in this world will come to be like it.

@ annasoH323: Funny you mention that; I got a ZT 0350 w/ tiger stripe pattern just this week. I love it and it's my new EDC blade. Thanks for the reply.
