Here is an unboxing video of the new Kershaw Launch 8 designed by Matt Diskin


It’s a classic Italian Stiletto design from one of the best custom auto makers out there that Kershaw has done a great job bringing to the public

This unboxing shows the limited run that will be available at the Diskin USA booth at Blade this year

These pieces will have custom inlays and a special DISKIN LOGO that will set the limited run apart from the rest

Its a beautiful knife for sure and carries like a dream due to its sleek profile

Classy knife in every. I believe the first run that hit the distributers sold out quickly

So I’m sure these limited show specials won’t last long

I’ll be picking one up with a white mother of pearl inlay at the show for sure

Got my son a regular CF inlay model for his birthday, liked it so much that I ordered one for myself! Kind of an art deco take on the traditional Italian stiletto, and very nicely done. Great design all around!
 
I know I'm late and bumping a dead thread. But I want to show or tell my launch 8 experience.

I bought one, I 3 days of owning it I dropped it and cracked the tip off. Shortly after I again opening and closing it a bunch of times to make sure it was working right cuz I was debating on whether or not just accept it maybe sharpen a new tip or send it in.

Well during me flipping this to test if it's working correctly one of the times when I hit the button to fire the blade the entire blade launched off and stuck into the wall with enough Force to bury itself about an inch deep.

As it turns out there's a little piece inside of here if you take it apart and remove it you can turn it into a ballistic knife
