kershaw leek blade/handle finish

Hi,
I've decided to purchase a kershaw leek and maybe a chive as well.
i'm not sure if I should get the plain/original non-coated version, or the one with the blade with the black finish and olive aluminum handle. i like the black and olive coated version , but I'm afraid it will get scratched up and worn with alot of use. Do you think alot of scratching will occur, and i should go with no coating?

DLC coating holds up pretty well. It's not bulletproof but scratches only give it character.

...absolutely! so many colors and styles to choose from...get one that suits you and don't worry about scratching it....
