I dont know if Kershaw has made a knife with the designation 555, but if they were to make a smaller version of the 560 and call it the 555 I think it would be a tremendous seller!

Kershaw Lynda, Would this be possible? Go ahead and put me on the pre-order list if this is in the works already.

Thanks

I would love a smaller version of the 560! In fact i would love if you considered making more of your "limited edition" type knives with a 3" blade. Most are just a bit too big for me to edc personally. That hasnt stopped me from buying them though..

I think the problem is that it would sell so fast it would be impossible to keep up with the demand.

In all honesty I REALLY love small knives. Its the one thing keeping me from buying a ZT. I've been contemplating the 0350 but its just too broad to carry in my jeans, and other models are just too expensive for me.

I suppose some push for them would be for those in localities with smaller knife length laws.

I find my 200 and 561 both disappear in my pocket (the 200 more as it has the black clip). Perhaps my work dress is lower than others (generally black khakis rather than dress slacks). I wear the knife in the front left pocket, tip up, and blade forward.

I think a smaller flipper would be a good seller

I also would like a smaller version. The 0560 is great but a little big so a little brother would be awesome.

I would think they are at least contemplating it at this time for future production.

I once saw a pdf showing how a new Kershaw is born can't remember where. It was an awesome picture, and it showed in great detail how a new knife is conceived. So yup, I'm convinced ZT has been brainstorming about a sub 3" or 3" knife. Wonder what Kershaw has for us in 2013 :D

Hopefully the ZT555! Nimbler brother to the 560.

I must say that the 555 is the perfect number designation for this knife.

We want an official Kershaw/ZT model :D...and besides the XM is just way too expensive for us Kershaw folk here
