KERSHAW MINI TASK IN 440C?

Yesterday I checked out a few Kershaw knives at my local dealer and I saw a Kershaw Mini-Task with a 440C blade. The fit and grinding of the blade was shabby and the torsion bar rattled in the handle on every sample I saw. I was really dissapointed in the workmanship of this knife. I never had a chance to see the earlier ATS-34 versions, but I was told that the fit and finish of the earlier models was good.

I'm holding one of the older models right now and it's very well finished. That's too bad if they're letting the QC slip because it's a very nice little knife. Emphasis on 'little', but still very nice.

i have an old one too.very nice knife.well finished,and sharp.i like this ats 34
