Kershaw Model 4958

Hi,

I looked around, but did not find any information on this item: a Kershaw Model 4958. It is a stag folder, lock-back, made in Germany, about the end of 1984.

I've looked all over the web and asked several dealers - all with negative results. I wanted to know how rare they are and the value of one new in the box.
