I gots me one. I like it. Clipped it to my BOB which is in my truck. Kind of a unique toy. Blade is of good quality and lock up appears solid. Don't know if it is worth the 42 I paid for it though.
 
Yuck! Wouldn't a conventional multitool be much more useful? By the looks of it, I would say yes.

I was thinking of using it as a keyring. Can never have enough crap hanging off of my keys...
