This is my first review and I'm just doing it for fun, so cut me some slack 
First Impressions:
First impressions of the Kershaw OD-2 are amazing. The knife comes tremendously sharp, and cuts straight through paper right out of the box. It's tremendously light, weighing just 1.4 ounces. I was wearing it on my pajamas and I forgot it was there. I've only had the knife for a couple of days and I'll update as I go.
The Blade:
The blade is made out of 8Cr13MoV. The blade comes hair shaving sharp (tested that) and I've already cut myself on accident in the thumb. The blade has a nice fine tip, and has about a 1:1 ratio with the handle. I also cut some string with it and it cut through it like butter. The blade centering is a little to the left of center. The blade doesn't scrap across the liner when deployed.
Lock-Up:
The lock-up is strong and there is NO side to side or up and down blade play at all. When the knife fully engages, it has a nice sounding thwack to it and It's very addictive. When the blade closes, it makes a reassuring click sound.
Handle:
The handle is made out of glass filled nylon. On a scale of 1 to 10 in grip, I would say that It's an 8. I haven't tested how well the grip is when wet, so I'll have to update on that. The OD-2 is a small knife, so if you have big hands then you might find it uncomfortable. I didn't find any trouble in holding the knife while the clip was still on it. The handle also has a zytel back-spacer, so It's not a pillar constructed knife or entirely flow through.
Weight:
The weight is awesome. The OD-2 only weighs 1.4 OUNCES. I had it strapped on a pocket in my pajamas and I didn't feel it at all. I think that this knife would be a great back-up EDC. The liners aren't milled out, but I really don't think that would make a difference, as the knife is already so light-weight.
Clip:
The clip is a lot stronger then I anticipated for such a small knife. It carries just tip-up, and is available on right and left hand carry. To remove the clip you'll need an allen key. The clip comes in right-hand carry. I would say that the clip is almost to hard to clip onto your pants, shorts, pajamas, etc.
Deployment:
The OD-2 has an awesome flipper system. The flipper sticks up, and you can't miss it. When the knife deploys it has a solid "thwack" sound against the stopping pin, and it gets very addictive. The flipper tucks up into the knife so It's not protruding out. The knife is a liner lock, and I would say that it engages about 50% of the blade. The deployment is very fast. If you blink, then you'll miss the knife. The liner lock does have some jimping so you'll be able to engage the lock.
Other Notes:
The finish on the blade is fantastic, and I love it. The stamping on both sides of the blade is clear and readable. There isn't any jimping on the top of the blade, but I find that you don't need any. This is a great knife for around $20. I think that everyone should own one.
