hi I have problem with kershaw OD2 screws please can you tell me type (allen torx...) and sizes, thanks

Kershaw uses Torx bits, usually sizes t6 and t8 for most of their knives. I'd recommend Wiha drivers, since they don't crumble easily or misfit the screws like the cheap hardware store drivers do.

It's a Torx t6.

When I have problems with a Torx t6 screw, I force (push hard) a t7 into the head of the screw. That has worked many times for me. Some Torx kits don't have a t7 but I found one in an Ace 6 pc Torx Precision Screwdriver Set.

The Set is catalog #(2167062). I couldn't find it at my local store but ordered it online for about $15.

I made a mistake about the type of screws on the Kershaw OD2. I looked at the screws of this knife under magnification (as well as other Kershaw knives - Skyline, Chill, LFK, and Little Lockback) and the screws of the OD2 are actually hex head screws. I don't know which size. However, I've always used the Torx bits on my Kershaws which has worked well for me. If your screws are stripped somewhat from using the t6, you'll probably have to go to the t7.

Strangely, my Skyline and Little Lockback have Torx screws but the Chill and LFK have hex screws. Thanks for bringing this up.
