Kershaw Onion/Centofante opinions?

Lately I've been trying to hunt down some of the older discontinued Kershaw knives and I'm interested in the 1615 Onion Centofante. I really like the look of the polished stainless version it would be a perfect dress knife. Any opinions? How does it compare in size to the Mini Task?

I know where there are two for sale, they're the red and black versions though. If you're interested shoot me a PM. :)

I'm not familiar with the Task but the Centofante is tiny. I had the black polished/mop version. If you get one, try and get the sheath for it too. Mine was so polished and slick it tended to slide right out of my pocket when I was in slacks. I got rid of mine because it really was just too small for me to manipulate and the polished black looked great until you touched it. It showed fingerprints like they were fluorescent. It is a very classie little knife, little being the operative word.

I like mine a lot, it's a really cool design. I've got the red one, and the anodizing on the handle is grippy enoughto provide good friction for the pocket clip. It is tiny, though. Think in terms of a Spyderco Ladybug or Jester (and those are a bit larger). I use mine for small tasks like sharpening pencils, opening envelopes and clam packs. The handle is to small for me to use it for much else.

Nice little knife. As others have said, it's little. The pocket clip sheath is nice. But I never warmed up to it. While the knife doesn't feel unsecure in the sheath, it doesn't really feel all that secure either, at least when used with the sheath clipped to my pocket as intended. Mine was an all-rainbow with MOP inserts. I ended up selling it because I had another small dressy knife in my Spyderco Kopa (cocobolo) that carried better and felt better in the hand.

If your into Kershaw you really need to check out the Mini Task and Random Task, they are arguably the best production knives Kershaw has ever made. I believe they were the first Kershaw/Ken Onion knives, they had polished g10 handles, titanium liners, ats34 or 440v blades, and a fit and finish that rivals a custom. Here's a pic
